Weldtec Megaflo Glass Nozzle Kit. Megaflo Nozzle Kit. Mfg # MF10NK-CK. For use with 1/16", 3/32" and 1/8" Tungsten. This nozzle kit offers better weld visibility, maximum weld zone gas protection, positive nozzle stop for reliable weld shielding, replaceable screens and electrode guides. The MegaFlo nozzle provides complete weld zone protection for critical welding of reactive metals such as titanium, molybdenum, nickel alloys, stainless alloys and others. Usable on most hand held and machine TIG torches. An additional benefit is the ability for greater electrode stick-out for better visibility of the weld puddle. This kit fits standard hand held torch models WT-17, 18, 26, and machine torch models WT-28, 29 SW-320. It requires no special parts or conversion kits and mounts directly on the standard gas lens collet body used with these torch models. The screen Pack filter assembly uses a stainless steel electrode guide to center the electrode, bundle and protect the fine filter screens from overheating providing longer life and ease of replacement.
