Designed with swappable battery packs built for welding, this compact unit lets you move easily between jobsites with less equipment and more time focused on the task at hand. With reliable output and a 100% duty cycle at maximum output, the Venture 150 delivers consistent power for demanding applications. It offers excellent stick arc performance, including the ability to run difficult electrodes like E6010, along with Adaptive Hot Start™ for smooth arc starts without sticking. Lift-Arc™ technology minimizes electrode contamination without the use of high-frequency, while Stick-Stuck protection automatically shuts off output if the electrode sticks to the workpiece for safer removal. Thermal overload protection helps prevent machine damage, and the Low OCV stick feature reduces open-circuit voltage to 12–16 volts for added safety, with the option to enable or disable as needed. Built for efficiency and productivity, the Venture 150 helps reduce setup and pack-up time, potentially saving up to 250 hours annually. Its compact, lightweight design makes it easy to carry and ideal for mobile welding applications, while the Fan-On-Demand™ cooling system runs only when needed to reduce noise, energy use, and internal contamination.
