Built with swappable battery packs engineered specifically for welding, this portable unit lets you weld virtually anywhere without a generator or wall outlet. With 150 amps of DC output, 6010 electrode capability, and a 100% duty cycle at maximum output, the Venture 150 S delivers consistent, professional-grade performance on demanding jobs. Adaptive Hot Start™ technology provides smooth arc starts without sticking, while Lift-Arc™ minimizes electrode contamination without high frequency. Stick-Stuck protection automatically shuts off output if the electrode sticks, and Low OCV Stick reduces open-circuit voltage to 12–16 volts for improved safety, with the option to enable or disable as needed. Engineered for portability and productivity, the Venture 150 S is ideal for mobile welding, maintenance, construction, and field repair applications. Its compact design and shoulder-strap portability make it easy to carry between jobsites, while the Fan-On-Demand™ cooling system runs only when needed to reduce noise, energy use, and internal contaminants.
