The Miller Multimatic 215 Pro is a versatile 120/240V multiprocess welder designed for MIG, Stick, and DC TIG applications. Built for performance and flexibility, it delivers the power to weld up to 3/8" steel and aluminum, making it ideal for fabrication, maintenance, and repair work. With advanced features like Dyna-Pulse™, Auto-Set™, USB-enabled software updates, and an improved duty cycle, the Multimatic 215 Pro is engineered to keep you welding efficiently all day, every day.

This unit accommodates both 4-inch and 8-inch wire spools and supports .024–.035 inch solid wire and .030–.045 inch flux-cored wire, giving you flexibility across a wide range of materials. The included 15-foot MDX-100 MIG gun and dinse-style connections provide convenience and quick setup. Auto Spool Gun Detect™ automatically recognizes when a MIG gun or spool gun is connected, eliminating the need for manual switching and reducing setup time.
