Their 100% mixed gas duty cycle at 500A improves expendable life while maintaining operator comfort. The Magnum PRO Barrel Water-Cooled guns are a great solution for welding with HyperFill. Their high duty cycle and focus on operator comfort makes them ideal for the high heat application. The Magnum PRO Barrel Water-Cooled guns with Dual Procedure Switch save time by providing the option to switch weld procedures at the gun instead of at the machine. The Magnum PRO Barrel Water-Cooled guns include the new top trigger style handle. This new design gives operators versatility in how they position the gun. By placing the weld cable over the dominant shoulder, the welding operator can engage the trigger by using the pinky finger. This enables the operator to take some of the weight of the welding gun off of the wrist and onto the shoulder. The Magnum PRO Barrel Water-Cooled guns come standard with the extended length Magnum PRO water cooled gun tubes. These provide an extra 3 in. (76.2 mm) to the front of the gun. The Magnum PRO Barrel Water-Cooled guns are designed with operator comfort in mind. The over- molded handle allows for a secure grip of the gun and is easier for the operator to control. Package comes included with 60° Extended Length Gun Tube (KP4526-60L3), diffuser (KP4380-1), contact tip (KP2745-045), 1/8 in. recessed 3/4 in ID Nozzle (KP4523-1-75R), and cable liner.
