Sometimes you need the basics and nothing more -- that's why the Economy Series exists. The Economy Series safety vests are designed for maximum comfort and durability, but without add-ons that would increase costs.

These vests are ANSI 107 Class 2 compliant, featuring a 2" wide reflective stripe and and easy-to-use hook & loop front closure. The Economy Series can be a good choice for construction sites, shipyards, utility crews, warehouse work, and similar environments.

Need Self-Extinguishing Features? Step up to the Journeyman Series

If you need a bit more in the way of features (hello, pencil pocket and zipper front closure) and increased safety around flame and sparks, step up to the Journeyman Series vests. 

These vests are treated to self-extinguish 2 seconds after the flame and provide extra protection in environments where flames and sparks may be of concern. (Note: This vest does not meet ANSI FR requirements.)

Choose the Operator Series when maximum visibility is crucial

Operator Series safety vests stand out from the rest due to additional contrasting colors.

In addition to increased visibility, the Operator vests offer both right and left microphone tabs, a chest pocket on both sides, and a durable, grime-hiding black front. 

Working around sparks and flame? The Operator Series vests are self-extinguishing (though not ANSI FR compliant). 

If you're familiar with safety vests, you probably already know that these features are not typically found on comparable vests from other manufacturers. Bottom line? If you need a self-extinguishing vest with supreme visibility, high durability, and convenient features and pockets, the Tillman Operator Series safety vests are your best bet.

Performance Series vests for maximum organization and self-extinguishing features

Tillman really hit it out of the park with the Performance Series safety vests. Stay organized all day long with two chest pockets, a large hidden back pocket, and a thoughtfully designed inside pocket that's suitable for a tablet or iPad. 

The black front is extra durable and hides grime, and the mesh material is treated to self-extinguish within two seconds. 

The Performance safety vests are a great choice for welding, metal stamping, utility work, mining, and so much more. (Of course, double check safety requirements, especially as they pertain to fire resistant clothing. These vests self-extinguish but do not meet ANSI FR requirements.)

Fire Resistant & Arc-Rated Vests when true FR is required

The other flame-resistant vests (Journeyman, Operator, and Performance) are suitable for environments where sparks and other hazards might be present. What sets the FR & Arc-Rated series apart is compliance to ASTM F1506, HRC 2, and NFPA 70E-2012.

These FR vests are made of 6.2 ounce Modacrylic blend flame resistant solid material. Reinforced black trim ensures longer product life, and two large inner pockets provide convenient storage during your workday.
