Weldfabulous is proud to partner with Dynabrade to offer a variety of American-made pneumatic and electric grinding, blending and polishing tools and accessories.
Popular tools such as the Dynafile and Dynorbital, and a variety of abrasive belts and accessories can now be found at Weldfabulous.com.
For more than 50 years Dynabrade has manufactured power tools and abrasives that get the job done in less time and with less cost all while making the safety and comfort of operators a priority.
As specialists in sanding, deburring, blending and polishing, Dynabrade is probably best known for its orbital sanders, but it all started in 1969 with the file sander.
Founder Walter Welsch invented an air-powered abrasive tool that replaced tedious hours of hand filing and sanding. He called it the Dynafile, and it is now famous around the world.
What makes the Dynafile special is its unique belt tracking ability, which keeps even the narrowest 1/8” belts in place; the ability to file with the contact wheel, platen pad or the slack of the belt; and 20 easily interchangeable contact arms designed to solve a variety of sanding challenges.
With its headquarters and manufacturing in a 150,000 square foot facility in Clarence, NY and subsidiaries in Luxembourg and India, Dynabrade has grown to become a global company with business in 90 countries.
“Our tools can be found worldwide used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, metal and wood working, shipbuilding and wind energy,” said Matt Denny, Dynabrade Application Expert. “Our products are used in a variety of applications on nearly any material that requires surface preparation and finishing.”
Considering all the popularity and growth, Dynabrade never lost touch with the ideals that Welsch founded his company on more than 50 years ago: That if you have a method and the right people around you, success will follow.
“From rough surface preparation like grinding and sanding to final finishing, we believe a perfect finish begins and ends with Dynabrade,” he said.
Another key to the company’s success is its customers. In fact, the voice of the customer is the most important thing at Dynabrade, Denny said.
“There’s thousands of hours that go into every tool. We invest in this time because it’s not just a tool. It’s an extension of the person doing the work,” he said. “Whether through ergonomics, minimalistic design, or commitment to safety, we take pride in the things you can’t see but can certainly feel.”
