Not only is DoALL an established leader in metalworking and industrial sawing, the company’s products are made in the USA! We also admire the fact that DoALL is cranking out band saw blades, machines and other sawing products in Minneapolis, Minnesota, just a few hours drive from Weldfabulous headquarters in Winona, Minnesota.
DoALL was founded in 1927 by Leighton A. Wilkie who invented and manufactured the first metal cutting band saw in 1933. With over 80 years of manufacturing history the DoALL brand has been known for innovation from day one.
Weldfabulous is now offering a range of DoALL band saw blades including Bi-Metal, Carbon Steel, and Tungsten Carbide blades.
Bi-Metal Blades
DoALL invented the Bi-Metal band saw blade and released many improvements over the years. A variety of styles offer options for all kinds of cutting jobs from general purpose sawing of solids to cutting structural material and bundles.
An all-around blade for sawing most metals in the form of tubing, profiles and small solids. Its strong, wear-resistant tooth stays sharp longer and comes in a wide range of sizes and pitches. The Silencer GP also is the best choice for manual/semi-automatic machines and short blade lengths.
An aggressive, wear-resistant, multi-purpose blade with proven performance, reduced noise level and improved reliability. It offers a longer life at higher cutting rates, but should not be used for interrupted cutting. This blade is available in several wide pitches to limit pinching and can be used for sawing a wide variety of shapes and materials.
The first choice of fabricators, this blade offers optimal performance on structural material and bundles. Specially designed for these materials, the teeth resist stripping. Expect superior blade life in addition to controlled, quiet sawing on non-solid materials.
Designed with an aggressive tooth tip, this blade makes cutting up to 20% faster at the same feed force setting. The best choice for stainless steel, and fast production cutting of most solids, the Penetrator offers a wear-resistant blade that is ideal for high production sawing.
For difficult materials such as nickel-based alloys, this is the go-to blade for aggressive penetration in very tough solids. It features the M81 powder metal tooth tip, which has a fine carbide size and uniform distribution meaning the tip has up to 25% more carbide forming elements which equals a harder tip. Extensive tests have shown this provides a significantly longer blade life, improved surface finish, low noise level and excellent chip breaking.
Carbon Steel Blades
Still the trendsetter in band saw blade technology, DoALL blades can cut anything. Carbon Steel Blades offer styles for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, aluminum and wood.
Perfect for vertical band saw machines, the Dart accepts high tension, resists scoring and has an extended cutting life. For use with non-production, highly machinable materials such as mild steels and other non-ferrous metals, plastics, aluminum and wood. This blade features carbon steel teeth with a flexible, hardened back and hardened tooth tip.
The first choice for small, vertical band saw machines, the Metal Master is an economical band saw blade. It's best for contour sawing and general purpose sawing of easily machined metal, plastics and wood. It features carbon steel teeth, flexible (unhardened) back and hardened tooth tip.
The Friction blade was designed for high-speed friction sawing of ferrous metal. It features silicon-enhanced carbon steel teeth and hardened tooth tips, and can handle any hardness up to 1” thick at speeds exceeding 5,000 ft/min.
Tungsten Carbide Blades
DoALL designed its Tungsten Carbide Blades to handle the toughest and most abrasive applications that generate high cutting temperatures and rapid tool wear.
Ideal for production sawing, the T3P cuts super alloys and high-nickel alloys such as titanium. This heat-resistant, tungsten carbide blade offers aggressive sawing with a smooth finish.
