These deburring/blending/finishing convolute wheels are constructed by wrapping non-woven nylon, impregnated with abrasive grains, around a hard core to form a homogeneous wheel. Silicon carbide grain offers a fast cut rate, and provides best durability, stock removal, and finest finish for increased productivity. Dense, non-woven construction offers long lasting wear and high edge durability. Wheels are non-metallic so they won’t contaminate work pieces and have a smear-resistant formulation to greatly reduce the possibility of smearing.
