Semiautomatic air cooled gun is suitable for applications requiring current rating of 450 A and is designed for MIG pulsed/flux-cored arc welding. Gun features high quality copper and aircraft grade aluminum parts to ensure superior electrical contact and heat dissipation. Gun with Secure-Lock gun tube to resist rotational slipping has barrel-style handle to offer comfortable grip that reduces fatigue. Gun with 45 deg or 60 deg gun tube angle and 100% duty cycle includes larger tip diameter and mass that improves heat dissipation to increase the tip life. Gun with four trigger leads for fast field repair has patent-pending Anti-Seize tip and diffuser thread design to reduce tip and diffuser seizing.
