A premium aluminum oxide grain pairs with a durable resin bond and web for consistent cutting and sturdy, yet conformable grinding on intricate shapes and contours. As the resin bond and web wear away, fresh abrasives are continuously exposed to maintain a steady cut rate. Wheels are designed with a 1/4" steel shank as an integral part of each wheel. These shanks run through the wheel creating better balance, a reduction of chatter, and reduced operator fatigue. They also permit quick changes on air tools when using other abrasive products.
