The open construction of the non-woven material enables aggressive cutting action and improved surface finish. These discs feature Norton’s quick, tool-free, twist-on and -off Speed-Change fasteners. The discs lock to standard back-up pads with a unique nut design and are easily removed, increasing your productivity with more time to grind. Max operating speed is determined by the back-up pad.
