The 550A Magnum® PRO Copper Slip-On Diffuser is a high amperage, heavy duty solution for semi-automatic and robotic MIG welding applications. Increased Contact Tip & Diffuser Life – Taking the Magnum Pro expendable design to the next level by utilizing pure copper material to increase heat dissipation and electrical conductivity to significantly improve expendable life. Heavy Duty Wall Thickness – Large 3/32” ID wall thickness increases heat dissipation to keep expendables cool. Optimized Gas Flow – Strategically angled gas holes direct the flow into the weld puddle to help prevent quality defects. Note: You may need to lower your gas CFH in order to prevent excess gas coverage. Improved Slip-On Design – Increased resistance to nozzle movement improves concentricity and ensures your front end expendables are securely fastened.
