The Line-Mate III™ drum sander sets the standard for industrial linear finishing. By combining power, endurance and operator comfort with top quality finishing abrasives, you can expect nothing but the best with Walter’s Line-Mate III™ finishing kit! The Line-Mate III™ is a versatile variable speed tool that allows you to quickly and easily apply a wide range of linear finishes to metal surfaces. Its powerful motor will help you complete even the toughest jobs with ease. RPM remains constant under load for a consistent and uniform finish every time. The speed of the motor ranges from 1,000 to 3,800 RPM and it works at 120V on AC mode. The thread size of the spindle is 5/8”-11. The power finishing tool can be used with drums having 3-1/2” to 5” diameter. Kit includes: 1 Line-Mate III (model 6268C) with standard equipment (side handle, 48-Z 034; manual clamping nut, 30-B 037; pin key wrench, 48-Z 148; and inner flange 30-B 057) plus carrying case; 1 pneumatic drum (07-F 051); 6 cloth drum belts (2 each grit: 60, 07-F 506; 80, 07-F 508; and 120, 07-F 511); 2 BLENDEX drum belts (coarse, 07-H 502; and medium, 07-H 503); 1 TWO-IN-ONE drum (4 1 ⁄4” x 4”, 07-K 342); and 1 BLENDEX drum (4 1 ⁄4” x 4” medium, 07-M 343).
