Victor 0781-5183 ESS7 EDGE Series Single Stage Extra High Capacity Oxygen Regulator (Model ESS7-200-540) offers 10 - 200 PSIG delivery range and provides reliable, superior quality gas control technology. Regulator with maximum inlet pressure of 3000 PSIG features forged brass body, stainless steel bolts and zinc-aluminum housing cap with almost twice the yield strength of brass. Regulator designed for high flow applications like heavy cutting has 2 1/2" gauge with updated artwork, 4000 inlet gauge range and 200 outlet gauge range. Regulator with 540 CGA inlet connection has 7/8"-14 RH(M) outlet connection. It features advanced design making them compact industrial regulator. Regulator with easy to read gauges featuring enhanced graphics has color-coded knobs to allow quick gas identification. It provides natural as well as safe hand/body positioning to adjust delivery pressure. Regulator with 0.488 Cv flow coefficient provides uniform flow performance over various range of cylinder pressures with high sensitivity and accuracy in delivery pressure. It comes with color-coded SLAM impact absorbing safety knob for added strength, safety as well as protection of the regulator internals. It can be used for replacing SR 700 series. Long lasting regulator meets or exceeds CGA E-4, UL 252 standards. Innovative new EDGE Series Regulators Offer Safety and Advanced Design. Gauges are recessed into the body for the highest level of safety and protection possible. More efficient internal flow paths translate to improved flow consistency from full to empty cylinders. Same sintered inlet filter used in all Victor industrial regulators. Housing cap is made from high strength zinc-aluminum alloy that has nearly twice the yield strength of forged brass. Time-tested fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm provides superior sensitivity and control. Seat assembly and friction damper are the same tried and true components used for decades in SR 350 and SR450. Internals remain protected from weather elements through an internal vent system protected under the knob, which is channeled tp promote run-off.
