Victor 0780-0943 VTS 700 Series Two Stage heavy-duty Inert Gas Regulator (Model VTS700E-580) offers 10 - 200 PSIG delivery range and is ideal applications that need precise as well as constant outlet pressure with a high flow rate up to 8,000 SCFH. Extra high capacity regulator with maximum inlet pressure of 3000 PSIG features die-forged brass body and spring housing cap for strength as well as durability. Regulator featuring a gauge with 4000 inlet gauge range and 400 outlet gauge range. Regulator has accurate two-stage regulation that offers high operating characteristics for applications where change in delivery pressure would impact performance characteristics of work or test results. Regulator with 580 CGA inlet connection and 7/8"-14 RH(M) outlet connection has stainless steel diaphragm for accurate and durable service. It is specifically suited for applications that need accurate and uniform outlet pressures. Regulator with 0.244 Cv flow coefficient has electro less nickel plated bronze sintered inlet filter and brass adjusting screw with forged T handle. Regulator comes with long-lasting Delrin insert bushing and stainless ball in key for easy adjustment. Regulator with adjusting spring is pretested for quality assurance and has precision-machined nozzle for maximum flow control. Regulator includes stem-type seat mechanism inlet pressure that helps in sealing and external self-reseating relief valve. Regulator delivers at least the stated upper range and in some cases may surpass the stated upper range. Recommended for applications that require a constant delivery pressure over a range of decreasing inlet pressures. This precise two stage regulation provides superior operating characteristics for applications where change in delivery pressure would affect performance characteristics of work or test results.
