(Replaces 0384-2043) Victor EDGE Series 2.0 patented regulators are second generation, heavy-duty, high capacity single stage cylinder regulators that reset the standard for industrial regulators. New and improved gauge designs incorporate larger faced delivery gauge (low pressure) with high contrasted colored face for easy setting. Enhanced color-coded knob designs provide more comfortable operations. Fully enclosed, highly visible modular gauges for more clarity with robust metal gauge guard. Extra large 2 ½ in. (63.5 mm) delivery gauge and stainless steel diaphragm. Robust seat gives optimum performance. Consistent pressure and flow delivery. High resistance to oxygen related fires and SLAM knob absorbs impact in the event of a cylinder fall. This heavy-duty is used to cut up to 3/4" or 8" with optional tips and to weld up to 1/2" or 3" with optional nozzles. Outfit includes type 55 size 8 nozzle, series 1-GPN size 1 cutting tip, 20' X 1/4" T-grade hose, CA 2460 cutting attachment with 90 degree head angle as well as 315FC torch handle with inbuilt flashback arrestors and check valves. Outfit offers superior quality gas control technology with the Edge series regulators made from durable zinc-aluminum alloy are included with a forged brass body, stainless steel bolts and a housing cap. It welds up to 5/64" (2.0 mm) or 1.25" (31.8 mm) with optional nozzles. It is supplied with a 0-UM-250 welding nozzle and 0-3-101 cutting tip and features the CA411-3 cutting attachment with a handle built with the user in mind to be durable, comfortable and user-friendly. This Medalist® system also comes with the G250 series regulators and WH411C torch with a handle constructed of a specially designed alloy material with three times the tensile strength of brass. This torch offers built-in check valves for added operator safety. With color coded fuel and oxygen knobs and for easy gas identification, this system also includes an RM-grade hose 20' x 3/16" (6.1 M m x 4.8 m), striker and soft-sided goggles.
