A36Q resin bonded mounted points are a low-cost alternative to carbide burs. The aluminum oxide grain provides fast stock removal when deburring and finishing. Each point is dressed for perfect balance to perform without vibration or run-out. Offered in three shapes for different applications: “B” shapes for light deburring, “W” shapes for medium to heavy stock removal, and “A” shapes for offhand applications. Shank diameter 1/4”, length 1-1/2”. Mandrel overhang “O” must always be the lowest possible. Maximum speeds given refer to overhang “O” equal to 1/2”.
