This center lap mounted point combines an aluminum oxide grain abrasive, a strong vitrified bond and a special shape (pointed 60 degrees) to make it ideal for use with Excell-O and similar center lap machines. Engineered with precise dimensional tolerances and featuring a spindle with a larger diameter, this point offers accuracy during part center alignment while providing rigid support and minimal deflection. A specially formulated wheel treatment provides additional wheel lubrication to keep the risk of metallurgical damage to a minimum. Dress the center lap mounted points frequently to ensure accurate and smooth center holes. Spindle measures 1-1/4” in length, 1/2” diameter.
